This is my most comprehensive plan which includes both of the first two packages into one program! 

If you have no clue what to eat and need help with an eating plan you can maintain for the rest of your life AND get rid of those bad habits that are not letting you reach your goals (for example: eating when you're not physically hungry, eating because you're happy, sad, bored, need to finish your plate every time, look at food as comfort and love, then this plan is definitely for you!  I use EFT to help you get rid of those stubborn habits!
