Before Erika Nutrition, I weighed 123 lbs, regularly exercised and could not shed the excess weight I had gained slowly over the past 4 years. I was pre-disposed to thinking I needed to eat healthy, like salads and juice shakes, and stopped buying my favorite foods like pasta, cheese and bread.
Erika literally transformed my thinking starting with the basic knowledge of how the body works and how I could eat everything I love and still lose weight. From Mid Jan18 to end of Feb18 - literally 6 weeks, my weight went down to 104 lbs. I have maintained this weight purely from a new way of thinking and eating, not feeling the pressure I used once before. I highly recommend her as she has helped me in ways other diets could not, starting with this not being a diet, its a lifestyle change for the better.

Hi! My name is Ariana and I wanted to talk about my experience with Erika's nutrition. Honestly, at first I was a little scared because I wasn't sure if I could eat chocolate and ice cream every day and still lose weight. I had done all these crazy diets and I was really tired to restrictive eating and just wanted to have a plan that I could also fit into my social life. I've been on the plan for a couple weeks and I've lost a fat percentage and I think it's crazy that I'm eating my treat every day. Listen to what she has to say because if you eat your favorite foods in the amounts she tells you, you are going to lose weight and be happy doing it. She taught me to not be scared of eating my favorite foods and to also have that balance between eating foods you like and reaching your goals. I highly recommend her!

Erika has helped me to change the way I see food which was previously stopping me from losing weight. I had lost weight in the past but gained it back as soon as I stopped concentrating on weight loss. Erika has helped me to understand the connections I had between food and emotional memories, and she has helped me to stop craving candy and chips which I always used to turn to out of boredom, loneliness and bad habit! I now feel like I have more conscious control over what I'm eating, and that I'm using food for fuel rather than to soothe my emotions. I've lost 18lbs since working with her and hope to lose a few more to get back to my ideal weight.
